Salmon Patties
I remember Miss Mildred, my mother, loved to fry fresh caught bream from our farm pond, but occasionally she would mix up some salmon patties when the fish weren’t biting. This recipe has been modified by substituting House-Autry’s Seafood Breader for corn meal.
Ingredients
1 Can Salmon
2 Eggs
Black Pepper
Salt lightly
1 Cup crumbled saltines
1 Cup House-Autry’s Seafood Breader
½ Cup chopped onions (optional)
Cooking Suggestions
Crumble salmon and juice together.
Beat eggs, pepper and salt lightly, onions and mix with crackers.
Add mixture to salmon and mix.
Ball palm size mixture and roll over seafood breader.
Press into patties and fry on medium heat.
