This is a recipe Ron and I made up a few weeks ago. We had a can of salmon we found on sale. Try it, I think you will enjoy it.
1 ea. 14 ¾ can Double Q Salmon
¼ cup thin sliced onion
¼ cup olives (1/8 green, 1/8 black)
2 hard-boiled eggs
2 stalks celery
1 Tablespoon sweet relish pickle
3 shakes seafood seasoning
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 packet truvia sweetner
Mix the ingredients together and add to crumbled salmon. Spoon onto bed of lettuce and drizzle with olive oil. Add paprika if you wish. Enjoy. From Miss Patsy’s Kitchen.
