Do You Know This Bird?

Do you know this bird? It has red eyes, black upper parts, a black hood and rufous colored sides. Underneath is white. The call sounds like “drink your tea”. It isn’t uncommon in our area. It likes to feed underneath feeders but will also come to feeders. When searching for food under shrubs in heavy leaf litter, the bird will jump forward then backward scratching the litter out of the way to uncover whatever might be underneath. The action is so fast it is hard to tell what just happened. It is a striking bird and one of my favorites. The female color pattern is the same as the male except where the male is black, the female is brown. Have these clues helped identify the Bird?
